What We Look For

Native or Near-Native Fluency
In the language you teach, with the cultural depth to make it real

Teaching or Coaching Experience
Formal training or certification in language teaching — whatever the equivalent is in your language — plus experience with adult learners, young learners, or both

Business or Industry Background
Real-world experience — in the corporate world, living abroad, or both — that lets you teach the language people actually use
